In John 17:6-19, When Jesus was praying, I was intrigued by what he said in verse 12, he said "While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled".
Jesus took looking after all that were given to him by God and as cell leaders, we have an excellent spirit, and we know that "as he is, so are we in this world". This encouraged me so much and i want to share with my fellow cell leaders.
If Jesus didn't lose any one of them why should we? Praise the Lord!!

Amen! As Paul says in Ephesians 4:11-13, as a cell leader you have an office mentioned in this quoted scripture. So we have to ensure that the end result for the saints is to come to the stature of the fullness of Christ.
Nature them, guide them and love them. You can do all this because its Christ who strengthens you.

As a leader you have to know that the growth & development of your members depends on you and you must have a strong drive for them just like apostle paul in romans 9:1-3

In Matthew 25:14, Jesus was telling a parable about the master and His servants; how he entrusted them with his wealth and on returning, he expected them to have yielded interest with it.
In verse 29 of that same chapter, Jesus told us the the reason for leadership and what He expects from us as leaders, which is simply "PRODUCTIVITY".
He has made us shepards over His sheeps and expects us to make sure that they grow in every way, even as they grow in number. This we can achieve because of the Holy Spirit that enables us divinely to produce wonderful results. Halleluya!
Isn't it so great that the Father loves growth and development!
